Agnee: A Romantic Family Drama with A Twist Of Kansa–Krishna Myth

Agnee Movie is a romantic family drama directed by J. Om Prakash with a lost & found theme. There’s nothing new in the script or screenplay. The dialogue and editing are both excellent. The amount of action is really limited. The cinematography is enjoyable. In this blog we are going to tell you the Agnee, so read this full blog to get the complete information.

    Agnee: Plot of the Story

Shekawat (Anupam Kher) is enraged by his father’s decision to leave the entire estate to his sister Sonali (Anjana Mumtaz) and her husband, Pramod (Alok Nath).

After being accused of having an illicit relationship with the maid servant and being held responsible for the murder of her husband, Pramod decides to flee. However, he discovers how Shekawat had framed him for the property. Pramod discovers that Sonali has given birth to a child.

He then kidnaps the baby boy and tries to flee, handing his child over to Sudha (Tanuja). Shekawat marries Shobha (Mausami Chatterjee), a wealthy woman who gives birth to a baby boy named Babla.

After Growing Up: Agnee, the Film Takes a Surprising Turn

Years later, Pramod’s son Amit (Mithun Chakraborty) grows up with the couple Sudha and Vijay (Shafi Inamdaar) to become a doctor, while Babla (Chunkey Pandey) falls for Amit’s foster sister, Ayushi (Mandakini). Pramod is alive and looking for his family.

Mithun is, as always, better in emotional scenes when it comes to acting. Anupam Kher’s Negative Character Is Outstanding.

When it comes to being helpless and showing sorrow, Alok Nath and Anjana Mumtaz excel. Both Chunkey Pandey and Mandakini appear to be weak. Amrita Singh isn’t breaking any new ground. Tanuja and Shafi Inamdaar are both excellent.

    Kansa-Krishna: A Similar Story

Anupam Kher plays Mithun’s villainous mother, who overrules his property and makes him homeless as a youngster, in a spin on the legendary Krishna-Kansa myth. Amrita Singh played Mithun’s love interest, and Mandakini was played by Chunky Pandey.

Chunky-Man was captured by a jungle tribe and performed a sensual jungle dance there in a subplot. Mithun’s patient father, Alok Nath, a Sanskari babuji, played Mithun’s patient father with aplomb.

    The Music of Agnee

Laxmikant Pyarelal’s music is forgettable. Mohd. Aziz and Alka Yagnik’s “Mil Gaye Dil” is the best song in the film.

Meanwhile, Agnee lacked the passion of a Mithun entertainer to fully satisfy his fan club, but it wasn’t a bad film for the 1980s.
